How do I book an appointment?
You can book easily via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking form. Appointments are prioritized over walk-ins.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed — anyone can book directly.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Please bring previous eye test results, ID, current medications, and your glasses or contact lenses.
How long will it take to get my glasses after the eye test?
Typically within 5 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, it can take 7–14 business days.
Can I bring my own frame for new lenses?
Yes, as long as it’s in good condition and fits your new prescription.
How should I prepare for surgery?
Avoid makeup or creams around the eyes, follow pre-op instructions, and arrange transportation home.
How long does the surgery take?
It depends on the type of surgery. Some procedures may take about an hour, while retina surgeries can last up to 3–4 hours. This will be discussed with your doctor during your consultation.
Do I need someone to come with me on the day of surgery?
Yes. It’s important to have someone accompany and drive you home for your safety.
Why are post-surgery follow-ups important?
It’s imperative to return for your scheduled follow-up after surgery. Delays can cause complications, delayed healing, or even vision loss.
How soon can I return to normal activities?
Light activity may resume in a few days. Avoid heavy lifting, dusty areas, or eye rubbing for at least two weeks. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
What are the eye drops for?
They prevent infection, reduce inflammation, and help your eyes heal.
Can I stop using the drops if my eyes feel better?
No. Complete the full course as prescribed to avoid complications.
Why should I keep my follow-up appointments?
Regular follow-ups help preserve your vision and allow early intervention if problems arise.
Will I receive reminders?

Can I pay with cash at the hospital?
